We can't tell you how excited we are to be re-opening our doors to loyal patrons! Your encouragement and support throughout this LONG and frustrating process is what carried us through. Thank you for all your kind words and your patience.
Our new restaurant is welcoming and, while smaller and much more efficient, it will allow us to keep much of the menu the same and certainly all the favorites that everyone loved about Enrico's. Our management team has been diligently working to design, organize, and prepare to meet our mission of Quality Food, Superior Service in a Friendly Atmosphere and Good Value.
Please know, too, that we can't correct issues if we are unaware of them. So if you are not happy with your service or your order, please let us know so that we can follow up with both you and your staff. We are in a new space and training many new employees and will continue to tweak our operations until we are where we want to be. We appreciate your constructive feedback. We'd like to now answer some of your top Frequently Asked Questions about our reopening:
Carry Out is now open. Hours are 4:30-9:00PM Tuesday through Saturday through the end of May. In June, Carry Out will be open Monday-Saturday. Carry Out and the Dining Room will always BE CLOSED ON SUNDAY.
We will begin to welcome our dining room guests on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Due to the anticipated high demand and because we want you to fully enjoy your first return without crazy wait times we will open by reservation only for the first couple of weeks. This will allow us to provide the best possible food and service that you have enjoyed in the past and which we hope you will continue to enjoy in the future.
Dine In Reservations will begin on Tuesday, May 3. We ask that you phone 815.469.4187 ext. 17 between 2 and 4PM Tuesday through Saturday to make your reservation. We will work to provide you with your preferred date and time or another option as close as possible.
We respectfully ask that during this inital opening period that parties are limited to 2-4 guests and that, in order for us to be timely with all our guests, your stay not exceed an hour and a half.
Yes, you can still host a private party at Enrico’s on Tuesday thru Thursday during the day and on Sundays. Our restaurant will be closed to the public on Sunday. Our space can accommodate 50 guests, and party menus will be available in mid-May. You may reserve a date now with no penalty for cancelation until we provide you with all the particulars. Party reservations will begin May 3 by calling 815.469.4187, ext. 17.
Catering will now be done through Carry Out, pick up only, no delivery. Tuesday through Saturday only. (Monday through Saturday starting in June.)
Beginning in June, our Monday menu will feature pizza in our dining room, as well as a few other favorites. However, this night’s offerings will be more limited to satisfy the Enrico’s big pizza lover!
