*Bartender
Enjoy using your personality and people skills to serve our guests waiting
for dinner in a fast paced upbeat environment. Responsible for set-up,
maintenance, and operation of the bar. Takes drink orders from guests
or waitstaff, and prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
in accordance with standard recipes. Mixes ingredients for cocktails,
and serves wines and bottled or draft beer. Rings drink orders into point
of sale computer system, collects payment, and makes change. May also
wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks, as well as
prepare and replenish appetizers.
Line Cook:
Would you enjoy the challenge of producing high quality food in a fun,
fast paced kitchen. Learn the preparation of specialty pastas, sauteed
foods, and broiled steaks, chops, and seafood prepared to order by a team
of line cooks under the direction of our Chef. We will teach you how to
prepare, plate, and garnish our menu items. Other duties include carving
and portioning of foods prior to cooking. All kitchen staff assists in
maintaining a sanitary kitchen and work station.
Short-order Cook:
Rise to the challenge of preparing sandwiches, specialty salads, and appetizers
for dine-in as well as take out guests. This position requires you to
be well organized and able to expedite various menu items. Other duties
include slicing, dicing, and portioning of foods prior to cooking. All
kitchen staff assists in maintaining a sanitary kitchen and work station.
Bus Person:
Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain service efficiency,
and ensures guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of and restocks the
front-of-the-house area. Cleans and resets vacated tables. Returns dirty
dishes, silverware, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing area. May assist
waitstaff in serving tables with hot beverages such as coffee and tea.
**Host / Hostess:
Are you a people person with great communication skills! This position
informs service personnel of daily menu changes and specials, and other
matters affecting dining room operations. Supervises the operation of
the dining room during meal service periods adjusting guest seating flow
in such manner as to balance guests among the various service stations.
Graciously greets guests upon arrival, escorts them to their table, provides
menus to them once seated, and informs guests of name of their assigned
server. Manages special seating requests of guests consistent with table
availability. Relays messages to servers and bus persons as appropriate.
Assists with the duties of servers and bus persons as needed to maintain
service effectiveness and efficiency.
Carry-out Customer Service:
Are you a person who enjoys meeting new people and has good communication
skills, and do you like to work on a computer. Our carry-out customer
service position involves taking guests orders on the telephone or in
person, and enters them into our point of sale computer system to provide
superior service to our guests. Greets customers and collects cash, check,
or credit card payment from guest and makes change for cash transactions,
check identification for personal checks, and prepares voucher for credit
card purchases. All kitchen staff assists in maintaining a sanitary kitchen
and work station.
Pizza Cook / Pizza Maker:
Do you enjoy working with food, and would you like to cook in a fun fast
paced environment. Work at assembling, cooking, cutting, and boxing pizzas.
Other duties include slicing, dicing, and portioning of foods prior to
cooking. All kitchen staff assists in maintaining a sanitary kitchen and
work station.
*Food Server:
Do you enjoy good service and do you have the ability to excel in great
service! Are you good at balancing multiple tasks at one time? In this
position, servers are responsible for coordinating an entire station and
communicating with front and back of the house personnel to provide a
dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations. Processes
guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and in a timely
manner. Can present, open, and pour wine when serving guests. Observes
diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service,
responds to additional requests, and determines when the meal has been
completed. Totals bills and accepts payment. Can pre-bus tables, removing
and resetting dishes and silverware between courses. May assist bus person
with stocking and cleaning and resetting empty tables.
**Food Processor / Prep
Cook:
If you are a morning person, this shift begins at 8:00 a.m. This position
involves quality food preparation of soup, sauces, vegetable and salad
preparation, and pasta. Portion control of food items is essential. Some
lifting required. Some short shifts of five hours available. All kitchen
staff assists in mainlining a sanitary kitchen and work station.
