Since our total crew often reaches over 95 people, we'd like to save you as much time as possible and make the hiring procedure as easy as we can for you. We are outlining key, non-negotiable points in our procedure to give you a better understanding of our hiring process.

The minimum age for employment of Enrico's is 16 years of age. Please note that some positions have an *before the position. Two ** indicates that the position requires applicants to be 18 years of age or older. One * requires that the applicant be 21 years of age or older. Applicants must be documented to work in the United States and provide documentation to such.

Enrico's is one of the most popular restaurants in this area. Because we are one of the hospitality industries, the cordial and warm reception of guests is everyone's duty at Enrico's. We are interested in people who take job responsibility seriously.

Our positions require little or no prior experience, just lots of enthusiasm. Our product is good food and service is our business. Although skills are important, we are even more concerned in finding people who enjoy providing Superior guest service.

Working with people can be fun and fulfilling. It can also be tiring, hot, and frustrating. Our jobs are for people who like people.

Our restaurant operates on a year-round basis and most of our crew will work a full-time or part-time schedule. You must have the flexibility of being scheduled on any of the weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Employees have one weekend day off. Ideally, most evening shifts begin between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. for prep-shift. We welcome high school and college students and can arrange most schedules in accordance with school schedules/functions.

Your availability and dependability are very important to us. It is essential that you are able to provide your own reliable transportation to and from work.
